A Quick Line

Hello, Readers.

Today, I thought I’d pop in and drop a quick line. I’ve talked with my cover artist and we are starting the journey to create the cover and bookmarks for Malevolent Mind. No word yet on how that is going, but I trust her. As for the editing, my editor has come down sick and will be studying for a test for a job, so we’re at a standstill on that front currently. I’m still a little over a month away so I’m not panicking yet on either step.

As for my next novel that is still brewing inside. I keep thinking I’m ready to plot out my next novel, but it keeps halting. Generally, to me, that means that internally I’m being disingenuous to what I really want to write. So, I’ve taken a step back and I’m digging down into the darkness inside of me to discover my next big idea for a novel. With all of that, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I shall find it soon.

In the meantime, I’m keeping myself busy with reading ‘Author in Progress‘. You ever want to really examine the processes behind being an author and your journey this is definitely the book to be reading. I’m really enjoying it so far.

As for major plans, this weekend I’m going to the aquarium with my younger sister as a celebration for her birthday. I’m pretty excited about it as it’s been a long time since we last went.

I have a much more exciting blog that will come soon, but today I just can’t wrap my head around it so I’ll be compiling my thoughts the best I can today, and hopefully soon write it up for you to read. Now back to reading for me.

Remember L.O.L. (Live it, Own it, Love it) or it isn’t worth doing.
