A Week Off

Hello, Readers!

Last week was a horrible week on so many levels. I was already struggling to get into the habit of being motivated. Add in getting sick on top of it all and I was down and out. By the time I felt better after a few days, the hubby man lost someone he was really close to so I took time off to be there for him

That I have to admit is the great part about working for yourself. If there comes a time when your family needs you the most, you can take it with no real repercussions. At least, not like you would if you had a boss.

Now that the hubby man is feeling more like himself and I’m feeling better I’m starting to get back into work.

I’m doing the final read-through of The Opseti Guard. Which includes the map. Aaahhh, can you believe it? The map is finished and it looks amazing. I will be revealing it with the cover here soon. Once the final readthrough is done and it is with my formatter, I will be doing the cover reveal on several blogs and my social media.

At that point, book three will be resumed and book two will head for the editor. Things are progressing and I’m so excited about it. I’m also working on being more relaxed and not stressing myself out.

As I get back into the swing of things I’m hoping to bring better blog posts that are more than simple updates. Until then, however, remember to L.O.L. (Live it, Own it, Love it) or it isn’t worth doing.
