Taking Over My Life Once More

Hello, Readers!

The weather is finally good enough to open up the doors, so we started to get the house cleaned up and ready. Almost like a spring cleaning of sorts just not as deep of a clean.

Well, normally I have a large glass L-shaped desk that sits in the living room. When Christmas rolls around it gets broken down into a small desk and the rest gets packed away to make room for the tree. This time when we tried to get it put back up, yes, I know we are so late on that one, we couldn’t find all the pieces.

Anyway, I was never in love with that desk anyway so I found another I liked and we went and purchased that one. Just having a large desk that I wanted back out in the living room made me feel like I was taking over my space in the house once more.

Often times, I find that I end up giving up my space for other people and I get pushed into corners, and nook and crannies in the house. I think that happens to a lot of people. Anyway, so I have moved my writing things back out into the living room to get started on book three and let me tell you. It feels amazing to be back in my own space.

Today I woke up with a renewed sense of myself and have since been getting busy to work when I needed to. Here is a picture of my work area.

Do you have a specific work area that you use? Let’s see some pictures.

Here is mine:

Remember to L.O.L. (Live it, Own it, Love it), or it isn’t worth doing.
