Getting Ahead Of The Game

Hello, Readers!

As I’ve stated before I am participating in Camp NaNoWriMo this month. I’ve managed to stay on track or catch back up fairly easily the one day I did miss. However, as of next Thursday, I will not be available again until later on Sunday. Okay, possibly Monday.

My son has requested special time with just us. He is grown now and we simply don’t get a lot of time to spend with him. So, when he asked we jumped on the chance to strengthen our bond together.

Needless to say, it also means I will be out of town during those days and while I will take my writing things, I’m not sure how much writing I will accomplish.

So, I’m trying to get ahead of the writing now. As of right now, I’m on target and not ahead. I need to buckle in and get the work done. I keep trying to get ahead, but somehow keep breaking even. I know that Monday and Tuesday will be the easiest days to get ahead as I don’t babysit either of those days.

Still, I’d like to get ahead sooner than that.

That being said I am having a blast working on my latest book. I am trying to think up an amazing cover for it so that I can get my cover designer Shannon Nemechek working on it as soon as possible. Especially as it is already paid for. Once that is finished I will have to work on my short story piece for the anthology so it can be edited before the due date.

After that, I believe I will be working on Treaty of Dragons book three. Though, that one can change if I’m still not quite certain that I’m doing it right. That is a possibility as well.

I do know that I will writing a lot more psychological thrillers as I have a personal love for the twisted, weird and frightening. I have several ideas for a few books when it comes to that, so I’m working on that in the background as well.

Until next time, remember to L.O.L. (Live it, Own it, Love it) or it isn’t worth doing.
